A gratitude practice is an excellent way to reframe perspectives and train the brain to be happier. The mind will more nimbly identify the strength in a situation. The silver lining in life will no longer be a mystery.
I recommend a gratitude practice that is conducted intentionally at the beginning of the day after moving and meditation or end of the day prior to sleep in a journal. In the journal, list at least 3 things that you are grateful for from the day. These items should be from that or the previous (if you are doing it the next morning) day. They should be specific and significant items that transformed a situation for you.
This practice can also be applied to specific relationships. In relationships that are healthy and thriving or in need of work and attention.
For relationships that need work, to improve them, they require attention. Applying the gratitude practice toward a specific relationship is an excellent way to give it attention. List the things you are grateful for in that relationship or that person to achieve the same reframe.
Be grateful in life, it will bring you more abundance in all things.
