I’m Jen Baumgartner. I have almost two decades experience in leadership, training, mentoring, planning, program management and analysis.

My educational background is in mental health and psychology, as well as in public administration. I am a certified process improvement facilitator.

I have had a successful career that has allowed me to serve in positions that afforded me great opportunities to become an expert in leadership, training, strategic planning, information analysis and problem solving.

I am a military veteran who understands how important individual strengths, team building and reaching goals to achieve a mission are.
